
Post workout green smoothie. Green juices and smoothies have become part of my daily regime #drinkyourgreens
Green Smoothie Recipe:
- 1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (I had some left over from a can but you can use any milk alternative)
- 1
medjool date - 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 tsp. chlorella (or spirulina)
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used Biosteel vanilla vegan protein powder).
- Blend and enjoy!
