Post workout green smoothie. Green juices and smoothies have become part of my daily regime #drinkyourgreens

Green Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (I had some left over from a can but you can use any milk alternative)
  • 1 medjool date
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 tsp. chlorella (or spirulina)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used Biosteel vanilla vegan protein powder).
  • Blend and enjoy!
